Site work for a water / sewer project in Horatio, Arkansas. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The City of Horatio, Arkansas is applying for an Arkansas Community and Economic Development Program (ACEDP) grant from the Arkansas Economic Development Commission to make improvements to the water and/or wastewater system. The City of Horatio, Arkansas is interested in acquiring the services of an engineering firm or individual to provide services for the above- referenced project contingent upon award of the project. Procedures for selection of an individual/firm will be in accordance with ACEDP procurementrequirements. All responses willbe evaluated in terms of specialized experience and technicalcompetence; performance; capacity and capability of thefirm/individual to perform work;and proximity to and familiaritywith the project area. Negotiations will begin with the respondent obtaining the highest total score inthe evaluation process. RFQ notes: All interested parties must submit their response no later Statements received afterthat time will not be considered Horatio reserves the right to reject Statements of Qualifications andto waive any or all formalitiesdeemed to be in the best interestof the City.
