The Design & Construction Facility Branch of the City of Ottawa (the City) has a requirement for a Contractor to provide all labour, equipment, and materials to undertake the Medium Voltage (MV) Protection Relays Upgrade at Lemieux Island Water Purification Plant (WPP) (CF000493), (the Work) in accordance with the specifications, terms and conditions of this Request for Tenders (RFT).
