The County is committed to delivering exceptional parking experiences for County employees, citizens, and patrons of the Angel of the Winds Arena events. Through this RFP, the County aims to establish a partnership with a competent and innovative parking management service provider for the period January 1, 2025, to December 31, 2030: 1. The County is committed to delivering exceptional parking experiences for County employees, citizens, and patrons of the Angel of the Winds Arena events. Through this RFP, the County aims to establish a partnership with a competent and innovative parking management service provider for the period January 1, 2025, to December 31, 2030: 3. SCOPE OF SERVICES The successful contractor shall provide the following comprehensive parking management services: A. Management and Operation of Parking Facilities The contractor shall efficiently operate and manage the County's parking facilities, ensuring smooth and safe parking experiences for all patrons. B. Revenue Collection The contractor shall be responsible for the collection of public parking revenues derived from the use of the Facilities. Additionally, the contractor shall facilitate employee parking revenue collection through payroll deduction. The parking rates charged by the contractor must be in accordance with the approvals from the Snohomish County Council.
