Site work and new construction of a playground / park / athletic field in Marathon, Florida. Completed plans call for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The construction of this project consists of labor, materials, equipment and engineered structure plans for submittal to building department necessary to complete the installation of the following: 92' x 50' Tiki Hut structure. The City will provide all site plans required for permitting. All inquiries, clarifications or interpretations of the RFQ Documents shall be made in writing to the CITYS Representative, at least seven (7) days prior to the date for receipt of Proposals. For the purpose of this RFQ the CITY'S Representative is: Diane Clavier, City Clerk. Please e-mail questions to clavierd@ci.marathon.fl.us. Bid Security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the Total Base Bid must accompany the Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities, except timely submission of bids, in any bids received, to re-advertise for bids or to take any other such actions that may be deemed in the best interests of the City. As a matter of information to bidders, the City does not bind itself to accept the minimum specifications stated herein, but reserves the right to accept any bid, which in the judgment of the City Council will best serve the needs and interests of the City. Per owner all bids were rejected, and this project will re-bid at a future time and date TBD.
