Asset is WTP Clearwell GST - approximately 95 ft dia x 37 ft height (Interior) x 37 ft height (Average Exterior Exposed); Tank Size (Gallons) approximately 1,962,000 gallons. Summary of work to be performed: Exterior Renovation of exposed walls and roof. Exterior Renovation Plan to be provided by the project engineer for the purposes of this RFP. No Bid may be withdrawn within sixty (60) days after the date of Bid Opening. Surface Preparation: Aggressively water blast with 4-5k psi pressure washing with turbo tip to remove loose or deleterious coatings, and prepare substrate for subsequent coatings. This is intended to be more than a pressure washing cleaning. Attention should be given to removing loose coatings without damaging the substrate. 2. Primer: Apply one (1) coat of Tnemec Series 151 Elasto-Grip at 0.7 to 1.5 mils DFT. 3. Stripe Coat: Stripe all cracks and apply crack repair as necessary. 4. Finish: Apply two (2) coats of Tnemec Series 1026 Enduratone at 4.0 to 6.0 mils DFT.
