The purpose of this bid invitation is to establish a contract for Roof Replacement Services to the State of New Hampshire with services indicated in the SCOPE OF SERVICES and OFFER sections of this bid invitation, in accordance with the requirements of this bid invitation and any resulting contract. Last day for questions, clarifications, and/or requested changes to bid: 8/20/2024 SCOPE OF SERVICES: 28.1. Strip all layers of shingles from the entire main structure. 28.2. Protection: Funnel debris away from sensitive areas of landscape and properly dispose of all debris and materials. 28.3. Apply new roof as follows: 28.3.1. New white 8" drip edge 28.3.2. Full ice and water shield 28.3.3. Starter shingles used on edges and up rakes of roof. 28.3.4. Hip and ridge cops used along peak. 28.3.5. Ridge vent used to replace any existing ridge vent. 28.3.6. CertainTeed Landmark Pro lifetime singles. 28.4. Replace any rotted decking or wood. 28.5. Secure shingles to handle high winds. 28.6. Install new flashing boots around PVC exhaust pipes exiting the roof. 28.7. Strip multiple layers from three (3) flat roofs. Apply new rubber roofs as follows: 28.7.1. Apply new deck of 1" ISO insulation board. 28.7.2. Fully adhere .060 Black EPDM (Rubber) 28.8. Vendor shall supply all labor, tools, transportation, materials, equipment and permits as necessary and required to perform services as described herein. 28.9.
