Replacement of the Air Handling Unit ("AHU - 2") and Boilers for the Eileen Daily Leisure Pool. TIMELINE: Request for Proposals to engage a qualified mechanical consulting team (the "Consultant") with the appropriate experience expertise, qualified personnel to provide design and consulting services (the 'Services') to review building requirements, develop scope of work and provide specifications for the project has closed and a preferred proponent has been chosen. The Consultant team shall be led by a Prime Mechanical Consultant. Further update in spring 2025.
