Replacement of the Air Handling Unit ("AHU - 2") and Boilers for the Eileen Daily Leisure Pool. TIMELINE: Request for Proposals to engage a qualified mechanical consulting team (the "Consultant") with the appropriate experience expertise, qualified personnel to provide design and consulting services (the 'Services') to review building requirements, develop scope of work and provide specifications for the project has closed and a preferred proponent has yet to be identified. The Consultant team shall be led by a Prime Mechanical Consultant. Only pre-qualified Proponents were invited for this RFP. Further update in late fall 2024, pending selectiom of a preferred proponent.
