Walworth County is looking to partner with GIS Professional Consulting Services that can provide GIS technical support and assistance as needed. This type of service will be designed to help support County GIS staff in maintaining a robust GIS Environment for Walworth County. The GIS Consulting Services should be flexible to accommodate managing the work through a support block of hours for ad-hoc work or project based work. Statements of Work (Sow) for projects may range from large to small and it may be requested that costing may be project based. The ideal services would have the ability to provide highly technical resources for addressing problems encountered in the GIS Environment or as it relates to new projects defined by other departments. These departments include the Land Use and Resource Management Department (LURM), Department of Public Works (DPW), Walworth County Sheriff's Department (SO), Health and Human Services Department (HHS), Register of Deeds (ROD), Administration Department. The GIS Consulting Services should have the ability to provide remote work and be able to access the County GIS Environment remotely or in person. The ability to interact with County staff via phone, email, or online video conferencing is required. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
