The project generally consists of the construction of: Demo and rebuild 2 cabins on existing footprints, new septic system and parking lot renovation. Value of contract is estimated at $2.0M - $2.4M. Question Deadline 08/22/2024 To bid on this Project, the Bidder is required to possess one or more of the following State of California Contractor License(s): A, B. Each bid must be submitted on the bid form provided in the bid documents and accompanied by a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the bidder and surety company, or certified check, or cashier's check in favor of the Riverside County Regional Park and Open-Space District, or cash, in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the bid. The contract awardee shall be required to furnish a 100% Performance Bond and a 100% Payment Bond for the Project. The District reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any irregularities or informalities in any bids or in the bidding. No bidder may withdraw his bid for a period of 75 days after the date set for the opening of bids.
