Site work and renovation of a civil project in St George, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project consists of construction of a complete and functional wellhouse and transmission pipeline. Work consists of furnishing and installing a concrete cast-in-place building, sand separator, chlorination system, piping, valves, fittings, heating/cooling equipment, electrical power, lighting and control systems, site grading, and furnishing and installing approximately 980 linear feet of 10" ductile iron pipe with a tie-in to an existing 16" pipeline. The Owner will furnish the pump, motor, VFD and 8" magnetic meter. Work also includes coordinating with the pump supplier for installation of the Owner furnished vertical turbine pump with deep well column/shaft and pump bowls. No pre-bid conference will be held.
