This bid is for Installation of Pickleball Courts at Harold Docherty Memorial Park . The successful Respondent agrees to commence work after the date of award by the Owner and upon notice from the Using Department. All work must be completed within 30 days of date work commences. The right is also reserved to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities where such informality is not detrimental to the best interest of Township of Hillsborough. SPECIFICATIONS FOR INSTALLATION OF PICKLEBALL COURTS (114' x 60') Scope 1. Prior to project beginning, the Township will remove the existing dasher board system, perimeter fence and bench area. The contract will be required to cut and patch the existing asphalt as needed to provide a smooth base for the Mateflex Homecourt tile system (or equivalent). 2. Remove any vegetation and loose debris. 3. Install rubberized crack filler to all cracks. 4. Install 4' high, all black chain-link fence with two (2) personnel gates. Approximately 348 L.F. 5. Install four (4) sets of permanent Pickleball court net posts, nets, and center straps with new concrete footings. 6. Install MateFlex Homecourt tile system (or equivalent) and stripe for four (4) Pickleball Courts. 7. Restore access as needed.
