Demolition and site work for a mixed-use development in Long Beach, California. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for the demolition of a water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.

The Work consists of equipping two municipal water supply wells, Alamitos 9A and Alamitos 14, including installation of piping, chain link fence, new pumps and motors, and associated electrical work. Demolish three existing wells including, but not limited to, destroying the wells, demolishing the electrical systems, vaults, and existing above and below grade piping, The work also includes rehabilitation of the existing Stearns-Champions Park parking lot. **Pre- Bid Meeting: Prospective bidders must request an invitation to the virtual pre-bid conference by sending an email to Mr. Nikolas Baykal at Nikolas.Baykal@lbwater.org including the following within the email subject line: ''Equipping Of Water Wells Alamitos 9A and Alamitos 14: RSVP to Pre-Bid Conference''.
