Furnishing all materials, supplies, labor and equipment necessary for the construction of the Circle X Shoreline Stabilization Improvements Major items of work consist of furnishing and installing a new bulkhead system, erosion control measures and slope reshaping through the Circle "X" Subdivision shoreline. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis, with additional alternate bid items as indicated in the Bid Form. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Changes per Addendum 1 and 2: The Pre-Bid Meeting date will be Thursday August 29, 2024 at 10 a.m. The Bid Opening date will be Thursday, September 5 2024at 2 p.m. Per owner this project is cancelled and will not re-bid. The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is the office of the Engineer: Ferris, Flinn & Medina, LLC, 1405 N. Stuart Place Rd., Palm Valley, TX 78552, 956-364-2236, d.flinn@ferrisandflinn.com. Prospective Bidders may examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, and may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office as described below. In addition, it is the responsibility of the planholder to confirm that they are on the Planholders List maintained by the office of Ferris, Flinn & Medina, LLC. Printed copies of the Bidding Documents may be obtained from the Issuing Office, during the hours indicated above, upon payment of a, non-refundable, deposit of $150.00 (hard copies), or $75.00 (electronic), per set. Checks for Bidding Documents shall be payable to Ferris, Flinn & Medina, LLC. Questions received after 2:00 PM, Thursday, August 22, 2024, may not be answered.
