Sealed bids are invited for the construction of the replacement of HVAC unit #1 split system at Rappahannock Community College, Warsaw Campus, located in Warsaw, Virginia. The project is generally described as the replacement of the rooftop air handling unit split system including the removal of the existing unit, condensing unit, and refrigerant piping. Installation of the new unit including the air handling unit, condensing unit, refrigerant piping, and reconfiguration of existing rooftop duct connections and hot water piping.
