Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Ames, Iowa. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.

The City of Ames is seeking bids from qualified Contractors to provide and install interior and exterior security cameras at the Homewood Golf Course Clubhouse, located at 401 E 20th St, Ames, Iowa. No bidder may withdraw their bid for at least sixty (60) days after the scheduled closing time for receiving bids. The City of Ames reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities, and to make such awards as it shall deem to be in the best interest of the City. Scope of Services The selected Contractor will be required to: Provide and install all cameras and associated equipment. Provide necessary licensing. Visit the facility prior to bid submission to confirm wiring requirements, existing wiring placement, and proper locations of cameras. Provide pricing for base and add alternate camera layout, as shown in Attachment A. Propose best camera type (90, 180, 360 degree) and mount options for each location. Provide options to combine multiple camera locations with one camera, while still achieving the same coverage goals if possible. Provide coverage map of proposed camera locations.
