Includes existing paved shoulders (75 tons). Bridge Milling - Bridge #3340. Map #2 is in Buxton & Scarborough on Broadtum Road beginning at Route 22 and extending southeast 2.40 miles to the Compact Urban Line. Includes existing paved shoulders (430 tons). Bridge Milling - Bridge #3182. Map #3 is in Acton & Lebanon on Fox Ridge Road beginning at Route 11 and extending northwest 8.07 miles to the New Hampshire state line. Bridge Milling-Bridge #1211. Map #4 is in Acton on Milton Mills Road beginning at the New Hampshire state line and exJending east 5.77 miles to Route 109. Includes existing paved shoulders (75 tons). Bridge Milling -Bridge #2065. Map #5 is in Hollis on Killick Pond Road beginning at Plains Road and extending north 3.12 miles to Route 35. Includes existing paved shoulders (800 tons). Map #6 is in Buxton & Saco on Route 117 beginning 0.01 of a mile southeast of the Buxton town line at the Compact Urban Line and extending northwest 2.15 miles to Route 4. Includes existing paved shoulders (95 tons). Bridge Milling- Bridge #3610. Map #7 is in Dayton & Hollis on Route 35 beginning 0.06 of a mile north of the roundabout and extending north 4.45 miles. Includes existing paved shoulders (573 tons). Map #8 is in Dayton & Lyman on Route 35 beginning at Waterhouse Road and extending northwest 2.55 miles. Includes existing paved shoulders (328 tons). Bridge Milling- Bridge #5371. Map #9 is in North Berwick on Route 9 beginning at Route 4 and extending northeast 0.59 of a mile to Portland Street. Includes existing paved shoulders (260 tons). Bridge Milling - Bridge #2599. Map #10 is in North Berwick on Route 9W beginning 0.02 of a mile east of Route 4 and extending west 0.02 of a mile to Route 4. Total length is 30.39 miles Description: WIN 028196.00 LCPP Federal Project No. 2819600 Location: In York County, project is located: Map # 1 is in Biddeford, Dayton & Saco, on Route 5 beginning 0.18 of a mile northwest of Interstate 95 and extending northwest 6.64 miles. Includes existing paved shoulders (3567 tons). Map #2 is in Dayton, Hollis & Lyman on Route 5 beginning 0.06 of a mile northwest of the roundabout and extending northwest 3.49 miles. Total length is 10.13 miles Description: WIN 028946.00 Profile Milling Location: In York County, project is located: Map #1 is in Buxton & Hollis on Plains Road & High Street beginning 0.02 of a mile northeast of Shy Beaver Road and extending northeast 1.27 miles to Route 112. Map #3 is in Acton & Lebanon on Fox Ridge Road beginning at Route 11 and extending northwest 7 miles. Outline of Work: Profile Milling and other incidental work. A Contract Performance Surety Bond and a Contract Payment Surety Bond, each in the amount of 100 percent of the Contract price, will be required of the successful Bidder.
