Temporary Boiler Service at Magic Kingdom Central Energy Plant (CEP). The CEP provides hot water service to the Magic Kingdom. The CEP is located at 5300 Center Drive, Lake Buena Vista, FL 32830. The term 'qualified' for a contractor is defined as any individual, firm, corporation or company that, either in person or through representative, is engaged in and is responsible for the installation, replacement or repair of high temperature/high pressure hot water and steam systems; is experienced in such work and familiar with all precautions required; and has complied with all the requirements of local, state and federal codes and standards, including but not limited to ASME Code for Pressure Piping, B31.1 - Power Piping. Please make sure to bring close toe shoes. Bring PPE in case it is required. The Central Florida Tourism Oversight District (CFTOD or DISTRICT) is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors to provide temporary boiler service for up to 12 months and possibly longer at the Magic Kingdom Central Energy Plant (CEP). The contractor must install and maintain a mobile steam boiler to provide hot water service for the CEP. Contractor may hire a 3rd party sub-contractor for additional support as needed.
