Water System Improvements Contract 2 Groundwater Well, PWS Well 04. The term "iron and steel products" means the following products made primarily of iron or steel: lined or unlined pipes and fittings, manhole covers and other municipal castings, hydrants, tanks, flanges, pipe clamps and restraints, valves, structural steel, reinforced precast concrete, and Construction Materials. A pre-bid conference will not be conducted for this Project. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. Contract No. 2 | 800 gpm groundwater well | Owner's Budget $100,000. Owner anticipates that the Project's total bid price will be approximately $3.85 million. The Project has an expected duration of 180 days. Description: General Notice Jefferson Co. RWD 13 is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: Water System Improvements The Project includes the following Work Contract 2: Groundwater Well, PWS Well #04 Question Deadline 09/10/2024 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. 7.03 Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all registered plan holders. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered
