The City of Manor, Travis County, Texas is accepting sealed proposals for RFP Number 2024-53, "Request for Proposals for Solid Waste Collection and Disposal and Recycling Services". Cashier's Check, Certified Check, or Proposal Bond in in the sum of Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00) made payable to the City of Manor must accompany the proposal. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or to accept any proposal deemed advantageous to it and waive informalities in the proposal process. During the period between the Request for Proposals, submission date, and the contract award, respondents including their agents and/or representatives/owners, shall not directly or indirectly promote their proposal to any member of the Manor City Council or City staff except during the course of City-sponsored inquires, briefings, interviews, and/or presentation requests. Violation of this provision may result in the rejection of the respondent's proposal submittal. The City of Manor reserves the right to accept or to reject any and all proposals, to waive technicalities and to make any investigation deemed necessary concerning the respondent's ability to provide the services required, to accept what in its judgment is the most advantageous proposal, and to negotiate a contract for services to its benefit with its preferred provider.
