The purpose of this quote is to retain a qualified contractor to provide materials, equipment and labor for the purchase and installation of a New Roll Up Garage Door for the shop at our Fleet Department 350B SE 6th Ave. Contractor shall furnish, including, but not limited to, all labor, materials, equipment, skills, tools, permitting cost, supervision as necessary for proper completion of the work and to carry out this agreement in compliance with the requirements stated or implied by these specifications (Scope of Work).
