Site work for a mixed-use development in Mecca, California. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and sidewalk / parking lot.
As of October 31, 2024, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established. Construct a new 1.52 MG (1.0 MG usable capacity) welded steel tank with a diameter of 76-feet and a height of 45-feet. The project includes site grading, over-excavation, foundation, V- ditch, piping, coating and painting, mixing system, and appurtenances. Potential bidders must be able to comply with the Installation Floater/Builders Risk insurance requirements described in Section 5 of the General Conditions. The successful bidder shall provide Installation Floater Insurance, including Flood and Earthquake, for the full amount of the contract. The successful bidder has fifteen (15) days following receipt of the Notice of Award to provide insurance documents. The number of days beyond the original fifteen (15) days it takes to receive this will be deducted from the Contract Times.
