This requirement is for Fisheries and Oceans Canada. Title: Janitorial Services at Prescott Canadian Coast Guard Base. Objective: To provide janitorial services at the Canadian Coast Guard Base at 401 King Street West, Prescott Ontario (the Buildings). Scope of Work: In Summary, the Contractor is required to provide janitorial services in Buildings at the Facility, which Include: o Prescott Marine Communications and Traffic Services (MCTS) building is 106 m2; o Prescott main office 1242 m2; and o Other office are area 38 m2 and 170 m2. Ownership of Intellectual Property: N/A Security Requirement: There are Security Requirements associated with this Solicitation. Period of the Contract: The period of the Contract is from date of Contract to forty eight (48) months thereafter. The expected period of the Contract is from October 1st 2024 to September 30th 2028.
