To provide janitorial services at the Canadian Coast Guard Base at 401 King Street West, Prescott Ontario (the Buildings). Scope of Work:
In Summary, the Contractor is required to provide janitorial services in Buildings at the Facility, which Include:
o Prescott Marine Communications and Traffic Services (MCTS) building is 106 m2;
o Prescott main office 1242 m2; and
o Other office are area 38 m2 and 170 m2. Ownership of Intellectual Property:

There are Security Requirements associated with this Solicitation. Period of the Contract:
The period of the Contract is from date of Contract to forty eight (48) months thereafter.
