The purpose of this Request for Qualifications (the "RFQ") is to establish a list of electrical Contractors who are highly qualified and certified with proven experience in completing building electrical upgrades, such as electrical work associated w/HVAC systems renewals, in public buildings for the District of North Vancouver (the "District") on an as and when requested basis. The District intends to prequalify Contractors demonstrating their expertise in the following areas: HVAC systems renewal projects (supporting electrical scope) Electrical systems upgrades (i.e. fire alarm, breakers, etc.) Decarbonization projects (electrification) Working in occupied buildings Proponents interested in this Bid Opportunity MUST first register as a Plan Taker by creating an account using the District's online bidding in order to submit questions and/or submit an Offer related to this Bid Opportunity. Only registered Proponents will receive addenda notifications.
