The City of Montebello is requesting proposals from qualified vendors capable of providing well-versed experience in removal, disposal, installation, and training of use for two (2) new LED signs. The vendor awarded for the services through this RFP shall be required to provide the following: The selected vendor will remove and dispose of two (2) existing LED cabinet messaging units and pole covers, design and install a new pole cover wrap and doubled-sided messaging unit cabinets with aesthetics that complement the surrounding aesthetics and City brand, create and install the necessary software, and provide City of Montebello staff training to operate messaging functions for the LED sign cabinets. Additionally, the LED sign cabinet messaging units will meet the specifications of 6.667mm per LED panel and a brightness of 8,000 NITs per LED panel and include a 10-year warranty on all parts. Additionally, the vendor will also design and install a header roughly 10' x 4' 1" above the LED sign cabinet that encompasses the City's new brand and fits appropriately within the aesthetics of the area.
