The City is seeking to purchase one (1), new LED Light Curing Pipe Reline Equipment & Accessories, (the "Goods") to facilitate sewer pipe relining work for pipe sizes 100mm to 150 mm in diameter. The following specifications should be considered as preferred requirements and do not relieve the Contractor the responsibility to supply a complete, new and unused fully functional unit, suitable for the services intended. The Goods are to be of current production model with latest updates, including manuals, instructions, training and requested spare parts. a) Fast curing speed and time, 5 times faster than traditional pipe reline curing methods. b) Reline pipes sizes 100-mm and 150-mm diameter and lengths up to 50 meters. c) Automated pullback computer controlled. d) Computer screen interface. e) Integrated camera in the curing head with LED light head. f) Light weight and portable with wheels to be used anywhere. g) Interchangeable reel. h) Power requirements - Input: 120 V / 240 V, Output: 600 W - 1000 W i) Manage and negotiate 90-degree bends and 2 x 45-degree bends. j) Energy Efficient. k) Environmentally friendly; minimum power consumed and no styrene, amine, odours, and VOC's.
