This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a construction prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 36.2 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-05 (effective date 05-22-2024). This procurement is being issued as a 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE under North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) 238990, and Product Service Code of 5660. Solicitation 127EAV24Q0076 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). In accordance with FAR 36.204(b), the construction magnitude of this project is $25,000 and $100,000. The Lincoln National Forest is soliciting quotes on a competitive basis from qualified organizations to enter a firm fixed price contract for a fence project. Responses to solicitation 127EAV24Q0076 must be in accordance with specifications, which can be found in the attached documents. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer best conforms to the solicitation and will be most advantageous to the Government. Award will be based on the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) selection process. Contractors must be registered with the US FEDERAL GOVERNMENT SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT (SAM.gov) at the time of solicitation due date to be considered for a government contract. All work shall be performed in accordance with this statement of work and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. PROJECT LOCATION The project is located on the Lincoln National Forest on the Smokey Bear Ranger District. It is located within the Nogal watershed.
