Question Deadline 09/12/2024 at 4:00 PM ET Questions and inquiries should be addressed through online Estimated Contract Value: 2,000,000 Each Bid must be accompanied by Bid security in the form of a Bid bond (in the required form) or certified check for ten percent of the Bid total. It is a requirement of this Contract that Bidder shall have a minimum of (5) years' experience and at least (10) completed projects of similar nature to the Work required by this Project. The Lehigh County Authority hereby reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all Bidders, to reject any or all Bids and to waive any omissions, errors, or irregularities in any Bid. Provide additional excavation and off-site disposal. Provide off-site disposal of excavated material deemed to be hazardous. Provide additional full depth asphalt pavement based on the detail on Sheet C-08. Unit price does not include subbase preparation. Provide additional mill and overlay asphalt paving based on the detail on Sheet C-08. Unit price does not include subbase preparation Provide the services of a laborer. Provide additional 8" glass-lined ductile iron pipe. 150 LF $ $ GC-75 Furnish additional glass-lined ductile iron fittings. Completion of the replacement of the 54" coupling located in the PSPS and provide painting of 42" and 54" Effluent piping as indicated on the Contract Drawings.
