Site work for a stadium in Moorhead, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a stadium.
Included in the project is removal of the existing backstop, construction of a new elevated concrete grandstand with aluminum seating and a new press box. The project construction will be completed in 2025 with full use of the facility for the 2026 season. Question Deadline 08/28/2024 Questions regarding this RFP shall be submitted in writing, by email, to parkandrec@moorheadmn.gov Please review the Request for Proposals Packet for information and related submittal guidance. The project design, construction documents, is 99% complete and documents are prepared for bidding. The CMAR will be responsible for finalizing bid package scopes, developing a Guaranteed Maximum Price, and performing construction phase services for a successful completion of the project. The anticipated project cost is $1.2 million, including design fees, soft costs, and contingencies.
