Scope of work includes the installing Owner supplied furnaces to replace existing forced air furnaces, as follows: Demolition and removal of equipment including FN-1 thru FN-5, and the water heater in room 004 mech. Installation of new furnaces FN-1 thru FN-5. Cooling components supplied and installed by Contractor. Supply and Installation of new domestic hot water and recirculation lines (including recirc. Pump) between room 004 mech. and 008 mech.. Supply and Installation of new sanitary sump vent from room 004 mech. through basement storage area, and up through roof. Commissioning, balancing, and testing of FN-1 thru FN-5 by hvac contractor and equipment manufacturer's representative.
