All other related items of work required to complete the project as shown and specified in the Contract Documents. The successful bidder will bs required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Payment bond each in the amount of one hundred percent (10D%) of the contract amount. A pre-bid meeting will be held in the Commission Room on the 1 st Floor of the MDOT Administration Building in Jackson, at 2:00 P.M. on the day preceding the date of the bid opening. This meeting is to inform DBE firms of subcontracting and material supply opportunities. Attendance at this meeting is considered of prime importance in demonstrating good faith effort to meet the contract goal.
