The City of Henderson is soliciting sealed bids for the below two (2) gas package rooftop units. Each bidder shall furnish specifications, length of warranty, list of all features and/or optional equipment and delivery time required after receipt of order. The following shall be included in the bid price: o Two (2) 7 1/2 T Commercial Gas Package, 480 Volt/3 Phase Rooftop units with new curb o Minimum 10,000 BTU of Heat o Trane or Carrier preferred Bid shall remain valid for a period of thirty (30) days after bid opening. Bid procedure questions may be directed to Dawn Winn, Assistant Finance Director, at 270-831-1290, ext. 2220. The City of Henderson reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and unless otherwise specified by the bidder, to accept any item or group of items in the bid. In case of error in extending the total amount of the bid, the unit price will govern.
