Replace Emergency Generator MBE Goal: 15% WBE Goal: 15% SDVOB Goal: 3%3 Estimated Cost: $2,000,000 - $3,000,000 Each bid must be prepared and submitted in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders and must be accompanied by a bid security (i.e. certified check, bank check, or bid bond in the amount of $34,100 for C, $26,800 for H, $16,100 for P, and $69,800 for E). All successful bidders will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Bond pursuant to Sections 136 and 137 of the State Finance Law, each for 100% of the amount of the Contract estimated to be between $500,000 and $1,000,000 for C, between $500,000 and $1,000,000 for H, between $100,000 and $250,000 for P, and between $2,000,000 and $3,000,000 for E. The substantial completion date for this project is 708 days after the Agreement is approved by the Comptroller.
