Site work for a civil project in Corner Brook, Newfoundland. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.

Closing Time: 3:30 PM (NT) This is the first phase (Phase 1) of a two-phase competition: the first phase will evaluate the qualifications of all bidders; second phase (Phase 2) will invite the qualified bidders to provide a financial bid on the project based on the specifications and drawings. Upon award of contract in Phase Two the pre-qualification list will be terminated, no additional contracts will be awarded. Work under this contract includes the following components: 1. Installation of owner supplied 6500L fuel tank and associated equipment including bollards/vehicle protection. 2. New overhead utility line 3. Underground utility to electrical pedestal/fuel tank area 4. New electrical pedestal 5. New light standard 6. Concrete foundation for fuel tank, light standard(s), and pedestal 7. Supply and installation of three (3) 20ft shipping containers 8. Civil works to accommodate all other work. The Department of Fisheries and Oceans Canada (DFO) requires the above equipment to facilitate Canadian Coast Guard SAR vessels placement in Corner Brook. DFO will provide site and detail drawings to complement the specifications that will lay out all required work during Phase 2 of the solicitation. Enquiries are to be made in writing and should be received no less than five (5) working days prior to the closing date to allow sufficient time to respond
