Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Racine, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The submitted Bids shall include the work generally stated as trenchless sanitary sewer lateral relay and pavement and turf restoration. Construction of the sanitary lateral relays, including all materials, labor, and equipment necessary for the project with the following approximate quantities: 175 LF of 4 PVC Sanitary Sewer Lateral - Trenchless, 90 SY Portland Cement Concrete 8 Thickness, Traffic Control, and Turf Restoration. Prequalification of Bidders is required. Statement of Bidder s Qualifications forms will be issued with the Bid Documents. Completed Statement of Bidder's Qualifications forms shall be received by the Caledonia Utility District via email only, at abunkelman@caledonia-wi.gov, until 2:00 PM on August 20, 2024. No bids will be accepted from any Bidder who has not submitted a Statement of Bidder s Qualifications. The Owner reserves the right to reject the Bid of any Bidder who has been determined to be unqualified. All bidders must submit a prequalification form regardless of previous submittal of similar forms. Question Deadline 08/20/2024 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing.
