The work or improvement to be performed generally consists of providing all labor, tools, and equipment necessary to complete the project per plans, specifications, and contract documents, including but not limited to spot repair and/or replacement of sections of wrought iron fence and painting of wrought iron fence for the Cerritos Sports Complex, located at 19900 Bloomfield Avenue.
