Addition to an educational facility in Bullard, Texas. Completed plans call for the addition of a primary / secondary education facility.

In general, the project consists of PRIMARY, ELEMENTARY AND ADMINISTRATION ADDITION which includes but is not limited to: dirt work, utility work, concrete paving, concrete walks, drilled piers, concrete slabs, structural steel, steel joists, metal deck, single ply roofing, steel studs and drywall, masonry, EIFS, aluminum, steel and plastic laminate covered doors, aluminum windows, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC. Interior finishes include but are not limited to: steel studs and drywall, resilient flooring, carpet tiles, ceramic tile, paint, acoustical ceiling, millwork, casework, expansion joint covers, marker board, tack boards, projection screens, fire extinguishers and cabinets, toilet accessories, plaque, identifying devices, and window blinds. Proposals are requested from interested subcontractors and material suppliers for the various items of work required for the construction of PRIMARY, ELEMENTARY AND ADMINISTRATION ADDITION for the BULLARD ISD, Bullard, Texas. Proposals will be received by the Construction Manager office listed above. Proposals will be opened in private by the Construction Manager and owner's representative. Proposers will be provided a Proposal Tabulation, if requested, after award of all contracts. Written proposals on forms furnished by the Construction Manager may be submitted to the Construction Manager by mail, delivered, or faxed to the address listed above.
