Demolition, remodeling and renovation of a municipal facility in Provo, Utah. Completed plans call for the remodel of a municipal facility.
B. Price schedule work as indicated on the drawings. C. Provide removal and disposal of existing materials on site as indicated on the demolition drawing. D. Provide carpet as indicated on the drawings. E. Provide steel framed office walls and insulation as indicated on the drawings. F. Provide steel framed office ceilings and insulation as indicated on the drawings. G. Provide cubicle panels and electrical raceways as indicated on the drawings. H. Provide soundproof office doors as indicated on the drawings. I. Provide acoustic windows as indicated on the drawings. J. Provide furnishings as indicated on the drawings (office chairs, file cabinets, hutches, desks, projectors, and shelves). K. Provide lighting as indicated on the drawings. L. Provide vents connected to the existing ductwork as indicated on the drawings. M. Provide electrical for each section of cubicles and offices as indicated on the drawings. N. Provide new cables from the servers for each section of cubicles and offices as indicated on the drawings. O. Add or relocate fire sprinklers as required to ensure at least one automatic sprinkler is provided in each enclosed office space and complies with fire code.
