The work for which Bids are invited consists of the furnishing of all materials and labor for the construction of the following contract: Installation of approximately 1103 Lineal Feet of 8" waterline, 410 Lineal Feet of water service, and 1 Fire Hydrant. All questions about the meaning or intent ofthe Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by Engineer as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than ten days prior to the date for opening ofBids may not be answered. Only questions answered by Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect The estimated construction cost for this project is $508,139.50 The right is reserved by the Council of the Village of Dalton, Ohio to reject any and all Bids, to waive informalities or to accept any Bid which is deemed favorable to the Village of Dalton, Ohio.
