Reference Number 0000360367 Traffic Signal Improvements at St. John's Parkway and Burke Street intersection. This is a public works construction project subject to and Federal Requirements including payment of prevailing wages, registration with the Department of Industrial Relations, uploading of certified payroll and other requirements (outlined in the RFB document). This project is funded in whole or in part by federal award number CML-5044 (141) awarded to the City of Visalia by the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), administered by Caltrans. ENGINEER'S ESTIMATE FOR TOTAL PROJECT COST : $1,200,000.00. Bids are required for the entire work, complete and in place. TIME OF COMPLETION: Sixty (60) Working Days as specified in Section 60-4 of the specifications. Question Deadline 09/03/2024 at 5:00 PM PT Direct questions regarding this Project to the Purchasing Department via email to: purchasing@visalia.city LICENSING: bid will be accepted from a Contractor who has not been licensed in accordance with provisions of Chapter 9 of Division 3 of the of California Business and Professions Code. This project requires the Contractor to have a Class A or combination of Class C licenses to perform all aspects of work. DBE CONTRACT GOAL is 21.00 percent. *The City of Visalia reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
