Site work for a water / sewer project in Warren, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

Bane Street and Miller Street Waterline Replacement the Contract's Work Includes Furnishing All Materials, Equipment, Tools, Labor and Services Necessary for Completion of the Project. All Work Shall Be Done as Shown on Drawings Called for in the Description of the Work and in a Manner Directed by the Specifications of the City of Warren, Trumbull County, Ohio. The Work to Be Performed Under This Project is Located in City of Warren, Trumbull County, Ohio. Project Shall Consist of Installation of Approximately 6235 Lf of Replacement Waterline (2985 Lf of 8" and 3250 Lf of 6") Along Bane Street and Miller Street From Tod Avenue to Highland Avenue. Includes Connections to Existing Tributary Watermains, Service Connections to Right-of-way, Replacing Lead Services to Residences, Site Restoration, and Other Related Water Facility Appurtenances. These Items Are a Partial Listing of the Quantities Contained in the Proposal, Therefore, the Bidders Should Review the Proposal Forms for a Complete Itemization of All Quantities of Work. . Each Bidder Shall Be Required to File With His Bid a Bid Guaranty for Each Bid Submitted in One of the Following Forms: (1) a Proposal Guaranty and Contract Bond in Accordance With Orc 153.571, for the Full Amount of His Bid; or (2) a Certified Check Equal to Ten Percent (10%) of His Bid; or (3) a Cashier's Check Equal to Ten Percent (10%) of His Bid; or (4) a Letter of Credit, Pursuant to Chapter 1305 of the Ohio Revised Code, Equal to Ten Percent (10%) of His Bid. Any Bid Guaranty Shall Be Subject to the Applicable Provisions of Chapter 153 of the Ohio Revised Code to the Same Extent as if Said Provisions of Chapter 153 Were Fully Incorporated Within Said Bid Guaranty. If the Bid is Accepted, the Successful Bidder Shall Enter Into a Contract and Furnish a Contract Performance Bond as Provided for Below: (a) a Contract Performance Bond in an Amount Equal to 100% of the Estimated Cost of the Work, Conditioned Among Other Things, That the Contractor Will Perform the Work Upon the Terms Proposed, Within the Time Prescribed, in Accordance With the Plans and Specifications. (B) a Payment Bond in an Amount Equal to 100% of the Estimated Cost of the Work Condition for the Payment by the Contractor and All Subcontractors for Labor Performed and Materials Furnished in Connection With the Project Involved. Furnishing Material and Performing the Labor for the Execution of the Above Mentioned Projects for the General Contract. Bids of Corporations Not Chartered in Ohio Must Be Accompanied by Proper Certification That Such Corporation is Authorized to Do Business in Ohio. Domestic Steel Use Requirements as Specified in Section 153.011 of the Revised Code Apply to This Project. Copies of Section 153.011 of the Revised Code Can Be Obtained From Any of the Offices of the Department of Administrative Services. Attention of Bidders is Particularly Called to the Requirements and Conditions of Construction to Be Observed and Minimum Wage Rates Paid Under This Contract. The Successful Bidder Will Be Required to Pay at Least Minimum Wage Rates Pre-determined by the Secretary of Labor for the Project Work as Required. The Schedule of Approved Wage Rates, as Pre-determined by the Secretary of Labor is Incorporated in the Contract Documents. Each Bidder Must Ensure That All Employees and Applicants for Employment Are Not Discriminated Against Because of Race, Color, Religion, Sex or National Origin. The Successful Low Bidder Will Be Required to Comply With All Contract Requirements for Equal Employment Opportunities. All Bidders Must Fill in All the Blanks of the Proposal in Ink or Be Typewritten. This Agreement is Subject to the Requirements of the Clean Air Act, as Amended, 42 Usc 1857 Et Seg., the Federal Water Pollution Control Act, as Amended, 33 Usc 1251 Et Seg., and the Regulations of the Environmental Protection Agency With Respect Thereto, at 40 Cfr Part 15, as Amended From Time to Time. Prohibition on Telecommunications and Video Surveillance 200.216 Prohibition on Certain Telecommunications and Video Surveillance Services or Equipment.
