Each bid shall be accompanied by a cashier's check, certified check or acceptable Bid Bond payable to the City of West Monroe in the amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total bid amount as a guarantee that, if awarded the Contract, the Bidder will promptly enter into a contract and execute such bonds as may be required.
