Estimated Cost $49,000 Contractor Qualification Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. Taunton Arts Association ADA/AAB Ramp Installation. SCOPE OF WORK The awarded contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to perform the duties as outlined in the specifications below. All work to be conducted at the Taunton Art Association building, 42 Williams Street, Taunton, MA. RAMP: Remove and properly dispose of the existing wooden ramp. Prepare and install the necessary footings to support new posts. Furnish and install a new ADA/AAB compliant ramp from the existing access door toward the sidewalk. Furnish and install a new level concrete landing at the base of the ramp. New level landing to project to both the entry sidewalk and parking lot. New ramp to include all necessary relieve landings, handrails, chair guards, etc. New ramp may be fabricated of either wood or metal. REAR STAIRS: Remove and reset all loose brick. Replace all broken or missing brick. Remove two lower concrete pads. Regrade as necessary. Pour new level concrete pads between parking area and base of stairs. Two or three levels to be determined in the field.
