Owner's Project Manager Services for Oak Bluffs School Boiler Room Renovation Oak Bluffs requests qualifications from firms for owner's project manager services for the boiler room renovations in the Oak Bluffs Elementary School located on 50 Tradewinds Drive in Oak Bluffs, MA. The initial contract is funded to cover Bid Phase work, and Construction phase OPM services. Project Description The general scope of work for the Boiler Room Renovation Project, as currently envisioned in the specifications manual for general contractor is as follows: Boiler Room Renovations at Oak Bluffs Elementary School: 1. HVAC: Demolition of existing systems to be removed. Installation of one (1) new gas fired steam boilers, piping, insulation, valves, breeching systems, combustion air provisions, automatic temperature controls and appurtenances for boiler room renovations as indicated on the contract drawings. 2. Plumbing: Gas piping, protected water piping, insulation, controls and appurtenances. 3. Electrical: Disconnect / Reconnect power to new mechanical equipment in boiler room. Pre-Construction consultation will begin upon execution of contract with the Designer on General Contractor bidding, grant coordination and other pre-construction requirements.
