Renovation of a multi-residential development in Orleans, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
Orleans Housing Authority Fire Alarm System Replacement. At 667-1 and 667-2: Demolish existing Silent Knight Fire Alarm Panel (Model #5820XL), NAC's (Model #5895XL), monitor modules, and all other devices supported by the panel with new fire alarm system by Silent Knight. Provide new addressable fire alarm panel, with one networking module and two multimode fiber networking modules. At 689-2: Demolish existing Gamewell by FCI fire alarm panel and all other devices sup-ported by the fire alarm panel. Only demolish and replace the existing system once the new system is fully operational. Provide new addressable fire alarm panel. Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. Location- 94 Hopkins Lane - 664; 53 Meetinghouse Rd - 689 Upgrade the FA system at the 667-1, 667-2, and 689-2 developments with a new addressable FA system with CO detection, as applicable, that meets the current FA code
