Renovation of a medical facility in Texarkana, Arkansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.

Scope of work as follows: 1. Remove existing metal wall cap flashings, EPDM membrane and ISO insulation down to asphalt roof and haul debris to approved landfill. Ballast rock will be reused for the new system. Asphalt roof to remain in place. 2. Furnish and install new Firestone ISO roof insulation with a total thickness of 3.5 inches. New R-valve to be R-20 when complete. Insulation to be installed in two different layers as recommended by the manufacturer. Insulation to be loose laid over asphalt roof and concrete deck. 3. Furnish and install a ballasted 60 mils thick Firestone EPDM rubber membrane. Membrane is a20-year minimum commercial product. Membrane to turn up and over tops of parapet walls. Field membrane to be loose laid and held in place by existing balla strock. EPDM membrane to be adhered at all vertical wall surfaces. 4. New 24-gauge Kynar coated parapet wall cap, edge flashings, counter flashings, and through wall scuppers are included. Owner to pick color from standard color chart. 5. Furnish owner with a 20-yearmanufacturer's warranty upon completion. The warranty be non pro-rated, no dollar limit, and cover all materials and labor for the life of the warranty. 6. Include an allowance for any Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical relocation, temporary relocation, and repairs. Miller County reserves the right to accept and/or reject any/or all bids and to waive any irregularities.
