The Work consists of replacing approximately 89 hydronic fan coil units with new units and providing all necessary duct transitions and piping extensions. Transfer openings shall be provided at corridor walls into the respective classroom and protected with a fire damper. The existing corridor ceilings and lights will be removed, and new ceilings and lights installed. Properly support and reinstall all low voltages devices that are to remain. Any ceilings outside of the corridor that are in the way of new work will be temporarily removed and reinstalled as required to complete all removals and new installations. All existing above ceiling corridor wall penetrations will be infilled. All new equipment will be back net compatible as required to work with the existing control system and any new BMS system when replaced in the future.
