The Work generally consists of the replacement of the boiler and piping at Noelridge Greenhouse. Start Date: September 11, 2024 Completion Date: December 31, 2024 The estimate of cost for this project is $310,000. Bid security, as defined in Section 26.8 of the Iowa Code, in the amount of FIVE percent of the Bid must accompany each Bid. The successful bidder shall be required to provide performance and payment bonds, each in the amount of 100 percent of the Contract Price The City Council of the City of Cedar Rapids reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive informalities and technicalities, and to enter such contracts as it deems in the best interest of the City.
