Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Strafford, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The Scope of Work includes approximately 641 lineal feet of 10-inch diameter SDR 21 Class 200 PVC water main, 1,324 feet of 10-inch diameter restrained joint PVC water main, 95 feet of 18-Inch diameter steel encasement bored under roadway, transfers of 2 existing water meters, asphalt pavement repair, concrete pavement repair, concrete curb and gutter repair, tree clearing, and all associated water main valves, connections and tie-ins to existing water system, fire hydrants, and other incidental items and work described in the Project Manual, or reasonably inferable therefrom. A bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid amount must accompany each bid, in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders The City of Strafford anticipates issuing notice to proceed in October 2024. The Owner Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Bids, and To Waive Any Irregularities in the Best Interest of the Owner Question Deadline 09/03/2024 Bidders may request clarification or interpretation of the Bidding Documents by making a written request which shall reach the Owner at least seven (7) days prior to the date for receipt of bids.
