The Housing Authority of the County of San Joaquin and Delta Community Developers Corp. (hereinafter referred to collectively as "Authority") are seeking qualified entities ("Partners/Contractors") to deploy public and private electric vehicle charging infrastructures at various Authority communities. Each project will be based on the project's requirements and the Authority's goals to provide Electric Vehicle (EV) Charging Stations to its tenants and/or to the public at large. A project may consist of only Level II EV Charging Stations to be connected through existing electrical infrastructure, or by implementing a complete charging network consisting of both Level II and Direct Fast Charging (FDFC) stations. This will be determined on a project-by-project basis. The selected Partners will be required to implement a program which would enable public and/or restrictive EV Charging Station access. Services would be provided on a 24-hour, 365-day-a-year (fulltime) basis with sufficient resources and personnel to successfully support and maintain the program.
